Julian Avent
Julian founded Werks 11 back in 2005 while serving in the US Army. Soon after, he retired from the Army to pursue Werks 11 full time. He apprenticed in several Porsche specialty shops in the United States as well as Europe. His total experience working on Porsches totals over 30 years.
Jason Carr
Jason started at Werks 11 four years ago after retiring from the US Army with over twenty years of service. Obsessed with cars from a young age, Jason bought his first Porsche in 2004 and restored it from the ground up with Julian’s help. An air-cooled enthusiast, he drives a ’66 912, a ’77 911S, and is always working on a secret project or two on the side
Mike Mulligan
An experienced illustrator and graphic designer, Mike shifted his focus to a wide variety of all things racing before joining the team in 2018. With over 40 years of working on performance cars, hot rods, and race cars, including 11 years owning and operating Mulligan Racing Development, Mike considers himself, no matter how old the car is, to be a vintage racer.

Alexis Garcia
Incredibly talented, like his father Teo, Alexis keeps surprising us with more and more hidden skills. Whether he is prepping a vehicle for primer or paint, cutting rust, or buffing Alexis is thorough and has an eye for detail and a clear vision for each project he works on. Remember the mention of hidden skills?? He takes some of the cool pictures we feature on the website!
Jr
Recently added to our team, we are pleased to have JR as our in-house upholsterer. He has been master upholsterer for 15 years. JR sat down one day and learned how to use a sewing machine. From that point, he has enjoyed this journey. His previous experience with vintage to newer cars has led him to Werks 11 and a chance to work on high end cars.
Rod Lindsey
Rod, who is a Master Machinist, became first involved with Porsche in 1988 thus beginning a career that has so far spanned over 30 years of Porsche experience. In 1996, He got involved with vintage Porsche racing when he was with Ecurie Racing for a brief time. This led to a 911 project and then taking on clients to build projects for them. Lorenzo “Lo” Rosario
Born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Lo served in the US Army as a Respiratory Specialist for 9 years. After earning the NATO Medal and Army Service medal, Lo began focusing on air-cooled cars post military service. Since he was a child, Lo has loved air-cooled VWs and Porsches and has been an indispensable addition to the Werks 11 family.
